There was no questioning that it was springtime at The Shops at Canal Place on May 16, as guests donned their finest seersucker suits and dresses for the fourth annual Sippin’ in Seersucker. The benefit for the Ogden Museum of Southern Art/University of New Orleans also featured fabulous music, cuisine and cocktails, as well as a raffle for various prizes. Co-chaired by Becca and Gregor Fox and Jenny and Tim Williamson, the party treated guests to musical performances by Topsy Chapman in a tribute to Dinah Washington along with the New Orleans BINGO! Show and the Preservation Hall Hot 4 Jazz Band. Several area restaurants served light bites and Republic Beverage Company
